First, iron core

Three, high voltage coil casting process

The whole process of pouring and curing from the proportion of the epoxy resin mixture is completely controlled by the microcomputer to prevent any human error operation. Aluminum hydroxide and quartz powder stuffing drying in vacuum, degassing and dehumidification, ensure the insulation characteristics of casting body. Under high vacuum and a certain temperature, half of the filler and resin are mixed, the other half is mixed with the curing agent, and the two parts are given.
