First, iron core

High quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with mineral oxide insulation material for iron core. (there are also amorphous alloy core transformers using amorphous materials.

Through the selection of the material and grade of the iron core, the control of the cutting and stacking process makes the loss level and the no-load current drop to the lowest, and obtains the very low noise level. An iron core is assembled on the surface of a F or H grade resin to protect from corrosion and dust.

Two, low voltage winding

Low voltage winding to high-quality copper foil winding and, so in case of a short circuit realization of zero axial short-circuit stress; layer between the dispensing paper insulation. End winding with thermosetting epoxy prepreg cloth seal. Low voltage winding terminals for tinned copper, ensure the low-voltage connections without contact interface (such as conductive paste or double sheet metal).
